Powernode Computer Inc. is a Canadian company operating multiple businesses in e-commerce, product distribution, computer hardware, automotive parts, RV and marine products.

Our Brake-X and IBS RVMarines divisions serve customers across Canada and the United States.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to develop new business opportunities, expand our customer base and drive sales growth across our automotive, RV and marine product lines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers and business partners.
- Expand sales channels across Canada and the United States.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Develop sales targets and monitor performance against business objectives.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve product pricing, promotions and inventory turnover.
- Work closely with purchasing, e-commerce and warehouse teams to improve product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts,



performance reports and business development plans.
- Recommend new products, markets and sales opportunities to support business growth.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales management, business development or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience developing customers and increasing sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute practical sales and marketing plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
- Experience in automotive aftermarket parts, RV or marine products is an asset.
- Experience in B2B sales, distribution or e-commerce is an asset.
- Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset.
