Position Summary

Copper Bottom Brewing is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused, and motivated Sales Representative to grow the presence of Copper Bottom beers and Copper Bottom RTD’s across Prince Edward Island. This role is responsible for building and maintaining robust customer relationships, driving sales growth, securing new business opportunities, and serving as a key representative of the Copper Bottom brand in the marketplace.

The successful candidate will work closely with retailers, licensees, agency stores, the PEI Liquor Control Commission (PEILCC), and our internal marketing team to increase awareness, availability, and sales of our products while ensuring our brand is represented professionally and enthusiastically.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow distribution and sales of Copper Bottom beer and ready-to-drink (RTD) products.
- Identify and establish new sales channels throughout Prince Edward Island and other provinces as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Increase keg sales by developing and supporting relationships with bars, restaurants, and other licensed establishments.
- Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs, identify opportunities, and provide product support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Retail & PEILCC Relations

- Develop and maintain productive relationships with PEILCC representatives.
- Work collaboratively with the PEILCC to expand product listings and improve shelf placement and visibility.




- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives within PEILCC retail locations.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with agency stores across PEI to increase distribution and sales.

Brand Representation & Events

- Represent Copper Bottom Brewing professionally at festivals, tastings, trade shows, community events, and industry functions.
- Support and participate in brewery-hosted events both on-site and off-site.
- Conduct product tastings and educational sessions to increase customer awareness and engagement.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for the Copper Bottom brand and culture.

Marketing Support

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Assist with community engagement and grassroots marketing initiatives as required.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support marketing and product development efforts.

Relationship Management

- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers, industry partners, suppliers, and clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Promote exceptional customer service and account management across all sales channels.

Qualifications & Requirements





Education & Experience

- Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or brand promotion is considered an asset.
- Experience in the beverage alcohol, hospitality, retail, or consumer packaged goods industries is preferred.

Additional Requirements

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout Prince Edward Island on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift and move promotional materials, product samples, and event supplies when required.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
