- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
- Maintain organized stock levels, assist with inventory management, and restock shelves as needed
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening, transparent communication,



and phone etiquette during inquiries or follow-ups

Requirements

- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Prior experience in retail sales, technology sales, or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with a broader customer demographic
