Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits of our offerings
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling relevant products to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage cash register operations including cashiering, cash handling, and POS transactions with accuracy
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing stock rooms,



and conducting stock audits
- Demonstrate excellent time management by efficiently balancing customer service with store upkeep tasks
- Apply basic math skills for transaction processing and sales calculations while ensuring accuracy
- Uphold store policies on cash handling, security procedures, and customer privacy standards

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Experience in technology or electronics sales is a plus, especially if you enjoy explaining technical features to customers
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging customers and collaborating with team members
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with product demos, merchandising, or cashiering systems enhances your candidacy
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately and upselling opportunities
