Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to inform purchasing decisions
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and product placement strategies




- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Support store operations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols

Experience

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging with diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, or technical sales experience is a plus
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interactions
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management are necessary
- Excellent organizational skills and time management help ensure smooth daily operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
