Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products and solutions
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, ensuring proper merchandising and organization on the sales floor
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts while maintaining cash register integrity
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via in-person or phone interactions
- Maintain organized stock displays, restock shelves as needed, and ensure merchandise is attractively presented




- Manage time effectively to balance customer engagement with operational tasks such as cashiering and inventory checks

Qualifications

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos and technical explanations is a plus
- Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and time efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a rapid-paced environment
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures, phone etiquette, and upselling techniques enhances success in this role
