Sales Consultant – 100% Commission

Nationwide Pardon and Waiver Services Inc. is looking for motivated, results driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Sales Consultants.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity, with earning potential directly tied to your performance. Sales Consultants earn commission based on the prospective clients they successfully convert and register with Nationwide Pardon and Waiver Services Inc.

We specialize in a range of services, including Record Suspensions (Pardons), U.S. Entry Waivers, Criminal Rehabilitation, Temporary Resident Permits, File Destruction, and other related services.

The Opportunity:

Applicants: Sell potential clients who may need our services.

We are looking for motivated and results driven Sales Consultants to work with company generated leads and inbound client inquiries.

No cold calling or lead generation is required. Nationwide Pardon and Waiver Services provides prospective client leads and receives inbound calls from individuals already interested in learning about our services.

Sales Representative Role:

As a sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Responding to company-generated leads and inbound calls
- Speaking with prospective clients to understand their individual circumstances
- Qualifying potential clients for our services
- Explaining our services, process, fees, and payment options
- Building trust and professionally addressing client questions or concerns
- Following up with prospective clients by phone, email, and text
- Converting qualified leads into registered clients




- Completing client registrations and ensuring required information is collected
- Maintaining accurate notes and follow-up activities in our CRM
- Consistently managing your sales pipeline

What We're Looking For: We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, persuasive, professional, and comfortable closing sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and follow up skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand a prospective client’s needs, and confidently convert qualified leads into registered clients without using high pressure sales tactics.

Previous experience in phone sales, consultative sales, inside sales, customer acquisition, or closing inbound leads is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based sales position with no base salary or hourly wage.

Sales Consultants are provided with company generated leads and inbound inquiries and earn commission based on successful client registrations.

Your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to qualify, follow up with, convert, and close company provided leads and inbound calls. There is strong earning potential for motivated individuals who are consistent and results driven.
