We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate deals. Fluency in Vietnamese is an advantage.
Duties
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Track leads and sales activities
- Engage in inside sales activities to generate new business leads
- Communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients and vendors
- Perform telemarketing activities to reach out to prospects
- Being a main contact point of customer inquiries
- Assign tasks to web developers and supports
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or technical sales
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in Computer Science, Web Services, or Software Development is a plus
Language Requirements
- Communicating confidently and freely in English
- Ability to communicate with customers in Tagalog, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a strong asset.
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
- One weekday off will be scheduled in lieu of Saturday, excluding Mondays and Tuesdays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
