Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth through outside sales efforts, manage key accounts, and support operational functions to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your expertise in B2B sales, negotiation, and business development will be vital in expanding our market presence.

Fluency in Spanish and experience with technology sales will be highly valued as you build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

- Drive sales and consistently work toward achieving monthly sales targets.
- Create and post daily product advertisements on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other online platforms.
- Actively generate recent leads and follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Identify opportunities to increase showroom and online sales.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Sales Order & Operations
- Manage the entire sales order process, from initial inquiry to order completion.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate customer pickups and deliveries.




- Monitor inventory availability and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Assist with daily showroom operations and administrative tasks.

Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through online inquiries.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information.
- Respond promptly to customer questions, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Technical sales experience preferred, especially within the plumbing or home improvement sectors
- Excellent analysis skills for market research and sales forecasting
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable for engaging a broader client base
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
