T-Brothers Food & Trading Ltd. is a leading importer and distributor of Korean food products, with a portfolio that reaches consumers across Canada. As we expand our presence in national retail chains, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Support / Sales Representative to join our Global Markets Team.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the Sales Lead (who leads the strategy and negotiations) to provide essential sales support. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating order fulfillment, preparing reports and presentations, identifying new listing opportunities, and helping develop sales pitches. While this is primarily a support role, there will be opportunities to grow into a customer-facing account management position over time.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Administration

- Assist with administrative tasks related to order fulfillment, pricing sheets, and PO tracking
- Prepare product presentations and sales pitches using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools
- Create or coordinate basic product mock-ups and marketing visuals

Reporting & Opportunity Development

- Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and new listing opportunities
- Support the Sales Lead in preparing performance reports and retailer-specific insights




- Help ensure sales goals and KPIs are tracked and met

Qualifications

Required

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales support, administration, or a related role (food industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/Canva
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
- Class 5 or 7N driver’s license with a clean record

Assets

- Experience with national retailers or B2B sales environments
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Ability to use AI tools for pitch development or product design
- Korean language proficiency is a strong asset; Mandarin and Cantonese are also helpful
