Position description:

- Role family SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) delivery, interface readiness and technical coordination
- Programme context S/4HANA and BTP migration with high dependency on third party connectivity and support windows.
- Primary phase: Phase 1 mobilisation through SIT/SIT2, cutover rehearsal and hypercare.
- Location model: Regional hub or spoke model aligned to Montreal/North America timezone coverage.
- Primary interfaces: Tech Platform Lead, BASIS/BTP, Security, Development, QA, Accenture Integration, vendors and SMEs.
- Programme phase: SIT to hypercare
- Primary value: Interface readiness and third party triage

Position purpose:





- Own regional SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) readiness and technical triage so interface defects and connectivity blockers are diagnosed quickly, evidenced properly and routed to the correct owner.

Core accountabilities:

- Validate end to end readiness for critical interfaces, vendors and regional business processes.
- Triage interface failures across payload, mapping, connectivity, security, middleware and data causes.
- Maintain a regional integration readiness and defect view with owners, risks and escalation status.
- Confirm third party support contacts, test windows, defect response expectations and readiness evidence.
- Support cutover with interface freeze, monitoring, validation and reconciliation inputs.

Key deliverables:

- Integration readiness register for interfaces, vendors, connectivity and blockers.
- Interface triage notes with cause category, owner, workaround and resolution path.
- Third party technical onboarding checklist and contact matrix.
- Cutover interface validation checklist for critical flows and monitoring.
- Remediation of interfaces during test execution phases.

Skills and experience:

- Hands-on SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) consulting experience, with broader integration knowledge across Azure API Management, SAP PI/PO, SAP MII, APIs, events, files and third-party connectivity.
- Ability to interpret interface specs, payloads, logs, mappings and errors.
- Experience coordinating resolution across SI, internal teams and vendors.
- Robust understanding of SIT, defect management, cutover and support transition.

Success measures:

- Critical interfaces have owners, contacts, test windows and evidence before gate review.
- Interface defects are triaged to the correct owner with sufficient evidence to act.
- Third party blockers are visible early and escalated through the agreed path.
