Expected Wage Range: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

As a Scheduler at CIMS Limited Partnership, you will be a key contributor towards CIMS success by collaborating with project managers and teams to accurately develop work sequences, critical dates, and activity durations, while embodying CIMS corporate values of Our People, Our Promise, Our Passion.

You will report to the Director of Strategic Projects and be accountable for:

- Developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
- Supporting the estimating team during the bid process when required.
- Ensuring the schedule aligns with the current project scope and reflecting any changes.
- Providing regular reports to management and clients on project progress and completion.

A successful candidate would be an individual who has:

- 5+ years of experience in scheduling industrial construction or maintenance projects.
- Proficient with scheduling software tools such as Primavera P6 or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of heavy industrial project work in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Pulp & Paper, and Power Generation.

Working conditions you can expect while performing your role include:

- Combination of office work and site visits (client, supplier, or other facilities).
- May work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wet, dry).
- Occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or shift work at client sites may be required.

Experience:
