Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find the perfect outfits and accessories
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain styling options to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring the store looks inviting and on-trend
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and store standards are upheld
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in retail sales or fashion merchandising is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to engage confidently with customers and team members
