Your primary responsibility will be to monitor facility access and maintain security protocols during overnight shifts. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a calm demeanor in emergencies are essential. Additional duties include clerical tasks, emergency assistance, and managing daily mail deliveries, ensuring smooth operation and safety of the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor access from the Building Security Office
• Perform regular patrols to ensure safety
• Log entries and manage report documentation
• Assist with building emergencies as needed
• Report on maintenance and security issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current Security Guard License required in Ontario
• Valid CPR and Standard First Aid certification
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Must work well with minimal supervision
