You'll make sure every product is finished to the highest quality standard and delivered on time for our customers. Your day-to-day work will involve operating coating equipment, preparing parts, inspecting finishes, and ensuring a safe work environment for you and your teammates.RESPONSIBILITIES:Preparing parts for coating, working primarily with stainless steel, aluminum, and pipe materialsFollowing all principles and best practices for powder coating applicationsOperating coating equipment, including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systemsMonitoring machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or issuesInspecting paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality through visual checks or testingEnsuring that all components are coated efficiently, meet company quality goals, and support on-time customer deliveriesFollowing and promoting safety procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environmentOTHER INFORMATION:This is an on-site position located in Kelowna, BC. (805 Crowley Ave, Kelowna, BC)This position works Monday to Thursday, 10-hour days,
