This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking to build a rewarding career in Canada's North while contributing to a vibrant and growing community.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls in a timely manner.Complete unit turnovers, including repairs, inspections,
