Senior Functional Consultant, Ivalua

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Functional Consultant to act as the senior functional authority on complex Ivalua source-to-pay implementations. You'll lead multi-workstream engagements, set the direction of the solution, and advise clients and internal leadership on scope and commercial structure.

The team sits within a specialist source-to-pay consultancy that advises on, implements, and supports cloud spend management platforms for enterprise procurement and finance teams across North America. You'll work with their most strategic accounts, including Tier 1 clients where the stakes and the stakeholders are both senior.

What You'll Do

- Lead complex or multi-workstream Ivalua engagements from design through go-live
- Act as the senior functional authority on the project, keeping the solution coherent across integrated modules
- Facilitate executive-level design sessions and steer solution decisions toward measurable business value
- Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment readiness across workstreams




- Advise on commercial structuring, scope definition, effort estimates, and SOW development
- Identify white-space and expansion opportunities in existing accounts, and support strategic pursuits as an SME
- Manage senior client stakeholders, set expectations, and resolve escalations
- Mentor analysts and consultants, and help build the service line's methodology, training, and delivery standards

Qualifications

- Deep functional expertise in Ivalua across multiple S2P modules, including hands-on configuration
- A track record of leading complex or multi-workstream source-to-pay implementations through go-live
- Comfort communicating at the executive level with procurement, finance, and IT leaders
- Experience shaping scope, estimates, and SOWs on consulting engagements
- Experience supporting proposals, pursuits, or account expansion
- A history of mentoring analysts and consultants
- Consulting background strongly preferred
- Based in Canada or the US
