Role Overview

Experienced colour specialist to lead advanced colour and cutting services, with the opportunity to work on hair toppers and enhancement pieces (training provided).

Responsibilities

- Perform advanced colour services (highlights, balayage, grey blending, corrective colour)
- Deliver precise, flattering haircuts that complement colour work
- Consult with clients and design realistic, maintainable colour plans
- Cut and blend toppers/hairpieces to create seamless, natural looks
- Maintain skilled, calm service for a discerning clientele

Qualifications
- 5+ years salon experience focused on colour
- Strong portfolio of blondes, brunettes, grey blending, and colour corrections
- Excellent cutting skills (bobs, layered cuts, face‑framing)




- Comfort with, or openness to learning, toppers and hair enhancement work
- Reliable, professional, and respectful of client privacy

Compensation Competitive hourly pay: $28–$40 per hour depending on experience, portfolio, and performance.
