Our dealership is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Parts Advisor / Parts Clerk to join our Fixed Operations team. If you have automotive parts experience, (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership experience preferred) , enjoy working with technicians and customers, and are looking for a secure long-term opportunity with a growing dealership, we’d like to meet you.

This role is vital in ensuring seamless parts operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting our automotive repair and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will bring dealership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for automotive parts and sales.

Duties

- Assist customers, service advisors and technicians with parts inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Knowledge using dealership POS (Point of Sale) systems and maintain organized stock levels.
- Provide expert advice on automotive repair parts, accessories, and maintenance products.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and negotiation skills.




- Support marketing initiatives by promoting parts specials and upselling relevant products to enhance sales.
- Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, orders, and inventory using Microsoft Excel or other organizational tools.

Qualifications

- Proven dealership experience as a Parts Advisor in a Chrysler Dodge, Jeep Ram dealership or in a similar automotive retail role.
- Strong familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software , and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts cataloging, and order fulfillment procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, support sales management strategies, and contribute positively to team goals.
