Become a Behavioral Instructor Therapist with Side by Side Therapy, focusing on children diagnosed with Autism. Part-time, flexible schedule make it easier to balance your schedule while providing essential support.

In this independent contractor position, you’ll work directly with children, applying ABA strategies under the guidance of a Senior Therapist. Applicants must be ready for a minimum of 4 hours weekly, with an emphasis on effective communication and cooperation with families, as well as recording data for assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct focused ABA sessions tailored for each child
- Collaborate with RBA and implement their guidance
- Maintain organized records and data for progress tracking
- Communicate effectively with families and other staff
- Arrive on time, equipped for every session

Requirements:

- At least 6 months of experience in therapy roles
- Strong skills in time management and organization
- Degree or diploma in a related discipline
- Reliable transportation for travel to sessions
- Strong collaborative abilities within a team environment
