Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and processing
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and providing correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, stations, and dining spaces
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety, proper food preparation, and timely delivery of orders
- Assist with guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly,



and ensure overall guest satisfaction through excellent customer service skills

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and order processing
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and teamwork
- Experience in food industry roles including serving, food preparation, or kitchen work is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining professionalism and hospitality standards
