Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders for food and beverages, ensuring special requests are accommodated
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders and payments efficiently
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashing out guests and balancing registers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices




- Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through personable interaction and attentive service

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Experience with food service operations including cashiering, bartending, serving, and food handling is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for processing payments and managing cash registers confidently
