Job Overview The Hartney Motor Inn is looking for a dependable, friendly and hardworking full time server to join our restaurant and bar team.

We're a small town operation with a hands on workplace. the people who do well here are the ones who show up, treat people well, work quickly when things get busy and are willing to pitch in where ever the team needs them.

Responsibilities

- Serve restaurant and bar customers
- Bartend
- Assist VLT customers
- Handle take out orders
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Clean and maintain customer and service areas
- Handle busy service periods calmly and efficiently
- Work as part of the team to keep service running smoothly

What we're looking for

- Approximately 1 year of serving and hospitality experience preferred
- Experience is an asset, but we will consider applicants with the right attirude and work ethic
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work quickly during busy periods




- Respectful and easy to work with
- Willing to help wherever needed
- Available evenings and weekends
- Smart Choices certification is required. We may assist the right candidate with obtaining certification
