Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with integrity
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks when necessary to support kitchen operations




- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly and courteously

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Experience with food industry standards such as serving, upselling, and food safety regulations
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is advantageous but not required
