Servers – Part-Time & Full-Time

Staybridge Suites Aurora East is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team. We have part time and full-time positions available.

The Server will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to our guests while creating a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the guest experience.
- Ensure guests are satisfied and respond to questions or requests professionally.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining and service areas.
- Follow proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant/bar and service areas.
- Restock food, beverages, supplies, and service items as required.
- Process guest payments accurately.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, Front Office, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote a positive guest experience and represent the hotel professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older.




- Valid Smart Serve certification required.
- Valid Food Handler certification required.
- Previous serving, restaurant, or food and beverage experience is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, qualified, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexible availability for afternoon, evening, and late-night shifts as required.
- Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent guest service.

Pay: From $18.90 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
