Summary Of Duties

Summary of Duties

Greet customers upon arrival at the restaurant

Provide excellent customer service during customers dining experience

Provide suggestions for food or drink choices to diners

Take feedback from diners

Clean tables and preparing spaces for future diners

Carry drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables

Memorize the food menu list as well as any nightly specials

Set tables throughout the shift and maintain clean work areas

Solid multitask skills to cater to multiple groups at one time

Ability to dissolve conflict, take criticism, and solve problems

Support cooks and kitchen staff with basic preparation or organizational tasks as needed

Always follow workplace health and safety procedures

Ability to learn quickly on the job

Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred

English/ Hindi/ Punjabi preferred
