Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their concerns and service needs
- Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, ensuring customers are well-informed about recommended services
- Schedule appointments efficiently, managing workflow to maximize service capacity
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional services or maintenance that benefit the customer’s vehicle health while meeting sales goals
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Requirements

- Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment
- Mechanical knowledge gained through dealership experience or mechanic background
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers of all backgrounds
- Experience in sales and upselling marine services effectively
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and industry terminology
- Competence in cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and transaction accuracy
