We are looking to add a Service & Parts Advisor to our Lions Bay team. The Service & Parts Advisor is honest, organized, customer-focused and team-oriented. This position plays an important role in the day-to-day operation of our Service and Parts Departments, working closely with customers, technicians, suppliers and management.

While marine industry experience is an asset, we welcome applicants with strong customer service and organizational skills who are eager to learn.

- Coordinate service appointments, work orders, estimates, customer approvals and technician scheduling while keeping customers informed throughout the service process
- Assist with identifying, sourcing, ordering and receiving parts for customer and internal service jobs, including monitoring special orders and backorders
- Maintain accurate service and parts documentation, ensuring parts are correctly assigned to work orders and inventory records are kept organized
- Develop strong marine product, parts and service knowledge while supporting the Service, Parts and Sales Departments

Customer Support

- Provide friendly and professional customer service by phone, email, text and in person, accurately documenting customer concerns, service requests and parts inquiries
- Keep customers informed of service timelines, estimates, parts availability and required approvals while effectively addressing questions or concerns
- Assist customers with identifying and ordering parts and accessories, providing accurate pricing and availability information




- Work closely with technicians and other departments to ensure the correct parts are available and service work progresses efficiently
- Complete required paperwork and customer follow-up to help provide a smooth and positive overall service experience

Work Schedule and Benefits

- Monday- Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Weekends as needed

Educational and experience requirements include:

- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritize service jobs, parts orders and customer requests in a busy environment
- Accountable, dependable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous service, parts, marine, automotive, powersports or mechanical industry experience is considered an asset

Salary
