Ethio Cana Trucking is a growing Alberta carrier with a busy in-house shop. We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Writer to keep our trucks and trailers moving.

What you will do

- Open, write and close work orders for trucks and trailers
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs
- Coordinate repairs, CVIPs and PM schedules with the shop and dispatch
- Order parts, track inventory and manage vendor invoices
- Communicate repair status and estimates to drivers and management




- Keep maintenance records accurate and audit-ready

What you bring

- 3+ years of experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor, ideally heavy truck
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems
- Experience with shop management software (ShopView or similar is an asset)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay: $22.50-$31.17 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
