Job Title : ServiceNow Systems Administrator

Location : Toronto, ON – Hybrid

Duration : 1 year | (extension & conversion possible)

Role Overview : Seeking a ServiceNow Systems Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience. The successful candidate will support IT Service Management solutions, system integrations, application development, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Support incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in line with IT governance, risk, compliance, and business objectives.
- Perform ServiceNow system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Support system integrations and application development; promote technical best practices.
- Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Perform root cause analysis and lead resolution of production/test issues.
- Manage code deployments across 15 ServiceNow instances.

Must-Have Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Systems Administration experience
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification – mandatory

Nice to Have

- ITIL 4 certification
