Become a Customer Service Motivator at GoodLife Fitness! This role focuses on enhancing the Member experience through friendly interactions and assistance in their fitness journeys.
As the first Associate seen by Members, your role is essential in shaping their experience at GoodLife Fitness Clubs. From greeting Members and checking them in to providing floor assistance, you'll be at the heart of our operational success. This position requires outstanding customer focus, communication, and an approachable demeanor to address inquiries and promote club services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check in Members upon their entry
• Answer calls promptly, providing excellent service
• Assist Members with inquiries regarding equipment
• Promote memberships and available services proactively
• Complete cleaning tasks and uphold cleanliness standards
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Smart Tan certification to be completed within 3 months
• Proven communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with the fitness industry is beneficial
• Prior customer service experience desirable
