JDA is seeking a shop hand to join our team. This position is intended to be a long-term position in a dynamic and growing company. JDA would be proud to have you as part of our strong team of qualified staff. We are always looking for motivated and hard working individuals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform Housekeeping Duties
- Washing Equipment and Keeping Wash Bay Clean.




- Handle Materials – within the shop and outdoors as required
- Parts pickup and return
- Perform Housekeeping Duties
- Operate Basic Hand Tools and Powered Hand Tools. i.e. Drills, Disc Grinders etc
- Perform work safely and follow established work procedures
- Perform General Tasks as assigned by Supervisor
- Loader and bobcat experience preferred

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Steel Toed Boots
- Suitable attire for shop environment and warm clothes for the winter
- Must be punctual and possess a robust work ethic

Qualified applicants:

- Must pass drug and alcohol testing
- Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Works well with others
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Be located in Whitecourt
