Shop Coordinator (Parts and Estimating)

We're hiring a Shop Coordinator (Parts and Estimating) to run the flow of work through our shop. This is the person who keeps jobs moving, parts arriving, and customers in the loop.

What the role is really about:

- Sourcing parts: finding the right components, pricing them, and lining up delivery to match the schedule
- Managing work orders: opening, tracking and closing jobs so nothing stalls and nothing slips
- Building estimates customers can understand and trust
- Working shoulder to shoulder with our technicians to keep the day running
