Shop Technician/Mechanic: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00-4:30

Job Responsibilities: As a Mechanic here at Dunrite, you will play a key role in our business by supporting our customers with repairs and maintenance of their fleet. By delivering a reliable machine that contractors can count on, we will share in their success and continue to build strong partnerships with our customers.

Key responsibilities include

· Strong attention to detail in providing a service that customers can rely on.

· Engaging with customers at time of drop off as well as decision making during the repair process to help them make educated decisions on repair options.

· Playing an active role in our shop team by collaborating with team members, repairing customers equipment efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment for everyone.

· Collaborate with all departments to provide the customer with an productive and positive experience





· Staying informed on industry trends, new models released, and different types of tools that can be used for repairs in our industry to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Must-have: · 2 years of proven experience in a mechanical role.

· Skilled in clear, professional communication to enhance customer satisfaction and foster effective collaboration across departments.

· Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

· Must be willing to take direction, incorporate feedback, and embrace new approaches to problem solving.

· A commitment to being reliable and trustworthy to your customers and teammates.

· Able to lift up to 50 Lbs. regularly and at times repetitively

Nice-to-have: · Familiarity with concrete or construction industry and equipment used · First Aid certification
