Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement – RQ11508 We are looking for an experienced Software Developer – Senior with strong expertise in large-scale, multi-client web applications, Java development, Oracle and SQL databases, REST APIs, RESTful Web Services, Agile methodologies, microservice architecture, object-oriented programming, design patterns, refactoring, clean code, and enterprise application development.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, deploying, and troubleshooting applications, along with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts, Oracle Data Integrator, data warehousing, ETL methodologies, and OBIEE.

Must Have

- 10+ years of experience as a designer and developer in large-scale multi-client web applications.
- 10+ years of hands-on working experience of Java development with Oracle or SQL database.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience of REST API, RESTful Web Services.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Object Oriented coding practices, including design patterns knowledge, refactoring, clean code.

Description Responsibilities

- Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.

- This includes
- Developing detailed programming specifications.

- Great knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND.
- Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE.
- Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities to be able to oversee the quality assurance of the project from technical perspective.
