Salary: $101,920–$102,960 CAD per year, depending on qualifications and experience

Job Summary

Procurri Canada Limited is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect- Information

Technology (IT) to provide technical consulting and project leadership for enterprise IT

Asset Disposition (ITAD) programs.

Candidate will provide technical expertise throughout the lifecycle of IT asset disposition,

including asset assessment, inventory management, data sanitization, secure disposition,

hardware recovery, remarketing, recycling, logistics, reporting, and compliance. The position will work closely with customers, internal teams, logistics partners, data security teams, and other stakeholders to design and execute secure, efficient, and financially optimized ITAD solutions.

Will also support customer engagements, technical assessments, proposals, project planning, process improvement, and complex IT asset disposition projects.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, implement and oversee IT systems
- Assess customer IT environments and develop appropriate asset retirement and

disposition strategies.
- Plan and coordinate the secure disposition of all IT assets
- Develop technical requirements, Statements of Work, project plans, procedures,

and other customer documentation.
- Develop quality assurance procedures and tests for the development and





improvement of new and existing systems. Ensure data-bearing assets are processed in accordance with customer security requirements and applicable data protection and information-security standards.

- Recommend appropriate disposition strategies to maximize asset recovery value

while minimizing security, environmental, operational, and logistical risks.
- Evaluate and coordinate with downstream vendors, recyclers, remarketers, logistics

providers, and processing partners.
- Analyze ITAD data and prepare customer reports, management reports, KPIs, asset

reconciliation reports, recovery-value reports, and sustainability information.
- Prepare technical responses for customer RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and Statements

of Work.
- Participate in customer presentations, business reviews, project meetings, and

technical discussions. Employment Requirements
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,

Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT Asset Disposition, IT

Asset Management, IT infrastructure, data center operations, technology lifecycle management, reverse logistics, or a closely related field.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT hardware, including servers, storage, networking

equipment, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and data-bearing media.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT asset inventory, reconciliation,



tracking, lifecycle

management, and disposition processes.
- Experience with data sanitization, secure data destruction, chain-of-custody

procedures, and information-security requirements.
- Experience preparing technical documentation, project plans, Statements of Work,

customer reports, and technical proposals.
- Solid analytical, organizational, project-management, problem-solving, and

communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-

technical stakeholders. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Experience working with IT asset management, inventory, ERP, CMDB, or related

systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITIL, PMP, CompTIA, CISSP, CISM, R2, e-Stewards, or other relevant skilled

certification is considered an asset.
- Experience with Oracle, NetApp, EMC Products

Working Conditions
- Full-time permanent position.
- Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- The position may require occasional travel to customer sites, data centers,

warehouses, or other operational locations.
- Occasional work outside regular business hours may be required to support

customer technology refreshes, data-center decommissioning, or other time- sensitive projects.
