TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for "Spanish Delivery Manager"

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles, with at least 3 years focused on data-related projects (e.g., data engineering, data analytics, or data warehousing).

•Proven track record of delivering data products or solutions in the banking or financial services industry, with knowledge of international banking regulations (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II, or equivalent).

•Solid experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.

•Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and

•Spanish language

Nice-To-Have Skills:





•Data engineering workflows (e.g., ETL processes, data pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP).

•Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and compliance requirements in banking.

•Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and data-driven delivery.
