This role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, deploying, and maintaining desktop systems, supporting Microsoft 365 applications, and delivering exceptional customer service to employees.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issuesInstall, configure, image, and deploy desktop and laptop systems.Support Microsoft 365 applications and workplace productivity toolsManage incidents and service requests through the ticketing systemPerform routine maintenance, software updates, and system patchingSupport remote users and provide onsite assistance when requiredMaintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and support recordsAssist with hardware inventory, asset management, equipment deployment, and replacement activitiesSupport endpoint security initiatives and promote cybersecurity best practicesCollaborate with IT team members to support technology upgrades and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsCollege diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking,



Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in desktop support, deskside support, service desk, or technical supportStrong experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applicationsExperience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common business applicationsExperience working within a ticketing system such as ServiceNow.Robust customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team as needs arise.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Intune, Omnessa (Formerly Airwatch/WorkspaceOne), or other endpoint management tools.Experience supporting remote usersFamiliarity with Linux support is a plusCompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or other relevant technical certificationsSalary Range$68,600.00-$91,400.00The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
