SpectacoKids | In-person assessments | Mississauga, Milton and Brampton

SpectacoKids is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team as an independent contractor. We provide speech therapy, ABA, occupational therapy and psychotherapy services for children and families.

We are looking for an SLP who can complete assessments in person at our centres. The role also includes developing treatment recommendations, providing clinical guidance to Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDAs), and collaborating with families and other members of the clinical team.

Responsibilities

- Conduct in-person speech and language assessments and prepare clear written reports.
- Review results and recommendations with families.
- Develop individualized goals and treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and clinical direction to CDAs, where applicable.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.

Qualifications





- Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
- Experience assessing and supporting children with a range of speech and language needs.
- Strong report writing and family communication skills.
- Ability to attend in-person assessments at our centres.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel between locations, as needed.
