Summary

We are looking for a dedicated contract Store Cleaner to maintain cleanliness ensuring a clean and safe working environment for our Wyoming store.

In this vital role, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and safe setting for both our staff and customers, ensuring that our facility reflect the high standards of our brand.

Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning tasks: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all floors and surfaces, including the maintenance of washrooms and garbage bins of the facility
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as showroom.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Special Projects: Assist with special cleaning projects for events or seasonal needs.
- Dusting all visible surfaces within reach which includes, counter tops, desk tops, pillars, lighting fixtures, window ledges and vents
- Spot cleaning and wash thoroughly as required
- Vacuuming all entrance mats
- Sanitation: Sanitize high-touch surfaces, clean and stock washrooms, and keep desk surfaces and offices clean and tidy.
- Trash Management: Empty and clean all trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly throughout the dealership.
- Glass Cleaning: Clean mirrors, and glass doors
- Inventory: Monitor and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, reordering as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

- Attention to Detail: Essential for creating a spotless and welcoming environment.
- Physical Stamina: The role involves a lot of physical activity, including standing, walking, and bending.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision.




- Communication: Ability to communicate with dealership staff to address specific cleaning needs.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of proper safety protocols and the ability to use protective gear when handling cleaning chemicals.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning and maintenance
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- A great attitude!
- Floor care experience an asset (able to scrub, buff and polish floors)
- A minimum of 1 year cleaning experience
- Must be comfortable standing for a long period of time
- Must be comfortable using cleaning products
- Able to communicate with supervisor, Client and general public
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be 19 years or older
- A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
- Must have own transportation.

Schedule: Job Type: Part-time

- Core hours: Monday to Friday – AFTER 5:00 pm
- Saturdays – AFTER 12:00 pm (if necessary)
- flexible scheduled days can be adjusted – based on the business need
