We provide a high level of training so that staff feel comfortable, safe, and confident behind the counter.

- As a Coffee Shop Manager, you will be responsible for

- Serving customers

- Hiring and training new staff

- Scheduling

- Inventory management and ordering

- Daily banking

- Basic financial reporting (experience in Microsoft excel)

- Supervision of the workplace

- Ensure all policies (Owners, Robin’s and Governmental) are being followed Liaising with owners and Robin’s head office. Promoting/displaying new & upcoming promotions

- Preparing and serving drinks and food in a timely manner.

- Numerous cleaning and preparation tasks.

- Providing a high level of customer service to customers both at counter and in drive thru.

- Working in a high pace environment.





- Transportation to our restaurant in Winsloe, Charlottetown.

Quality traits we are looking for

- Positive, friendly, and honest individuals who are willing to learn

- Flexible work schedule as shifts can range from early mornings to evenings and even holidays.

- Social and outgoing individual who are willing to work as a team member.

- Experience in fast food is an asset, however, is not needed as we are willing to train.
