We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manager to join our team.

Isla Consignment opened in Downtown Courtenay in 2023 and has become one of Comox Valley's beloved consignment boutiques. Our ideal candidate will share our passion and excitement for sustainable pre-loved fashion. You will assist with and build connections with customers, maintain a spotless sales floor, handle cash, card and consignment transactions through our POS systems, accept and price consignment items according to our standards and procedures.

Part time position (3-4 days a week) starting immediately.

Must have availability on Saturdays.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr wage to be reviewed after 3 months.

- Strong computer and phone skills
- Previous retail and customer service experience

Responsibilities and Duties

- Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed consistently.




- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, including assisting with fitting rooms, answering questions, and supporting a positive shopping experience.
- Process sale transactions both in-store and online, create gift cards, and issue customer payouts.
- Accept clothing drop offs, pricing items and steaming clothes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic store workplace by following cleaning procedures.
- Take photos and post items for daily Instagram/Facebook story sale, plus additional content as requested by Grace.
- Respond to customer inquiries received through Instagram direct messages.
- Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
