Trespass is a global outdoor lifestyle brand with over 40 years of heritage, making the outdoors accessible through quality clothing, footwear and equipment. We're expanding into Canada, and Peterborough is one of our newest locations – opening early November 2026.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven Store Manager to open and lead our brand-new Peterborough store. You'll own commercial performance, team leadership, and brand standards from day one, launching Trespass in a new community.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales, profitability, and KPIs; manage budgets, payroll and costs
- Deliver a consistent, engaging customer experience
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain visual merchandising, brand standards and store presentation
- Manage inventory, stock counts and loss prevention

What We're Looking For
- Retail management experience, ideally apparel,



footwear or outdoor retail
- Strong commercial awareness and comfort with sales data/KPIs
- Customer-first mindset and team leadership skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
