Partnering with the Resident Building Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and operational efficiency, while occasionally supporting Wesgroup’s additional properties. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily repairs and maintenance on various building systems • Ensure ongoing safety through routine inspections and documentation • Assist with cleaning and turnover of suites for residents • Monitor operational systems and implement improvements • Manage vendor work and uphold property standards
Requirements: • At least 1 year of maintenance experience required • Strong customer interaction and communication skills • Valid Class 5 Driver's License needed • Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks • Knowledge of building automation systems is a plus
