Shine Brite connects businesses across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA with vetted commercial cleaning companies. We're booking one-time and periodic floor and carpet work for our commercial clients, and we're building a roster of dependable crews to send it to. We'll be bringing you jobs, and we want the right people lined up before they start.
This is independent subcontract work, not employment with Shine Brite. You run your own business, use your own equipment and crew, and invoice us per job.
The work
- Strip and wax, scrub and recoat, and burnishing or buffing on VCT and other hard floors
- Commercial carpet cleaning: hot-water extraction and spot treatment
- Offices, medical and dental clinics, industrial sites and multi-unit properties
- Mostly evenings and weekends, around each client's hours
What we need from you:
- Your own equipment (floor machines, burnisher, extractor)
- Commercial general liability insurance ($2M+ preferred) and a WSIB clearance certificate
- Photos or references from past commercial jobs
- Your rates, both your direct-customer price and a trade rate for work we bring you
- Your availability and the areas you cover
