WORK LOCATION The primary work location is the Markham, Ontario office at 151 Whitehall Dr., Markham, ON L3R 9T1. This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

PURPOSE OF POSITION The Supply Chain Manager leads the demand, supply and inventory planning processes for goba Sports Group and provides overall leadership to the North American supply chain function. The primary focus is ensuring the business has the right inventory, in the right location, at the right time while balancing customer service, working capital and logistics cost.

The role owns supply chain planning and performance, provides strategic oversight of logistics and warehousing, and leads the Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator and the Markham and Plano Warehouse Managers. Day-to-day sales operations, shipment booking, tracking, documentation and logistics execution remain with the Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator.

POSITION ENVIRONMENT

Based in Markham, Ontario and reporting to the Vice President, Accounting & Finance. Key internal partners include Sales, Finance, Customer Experience and the North American warehouse teams. Key external partners include freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, logistics providers and supply chain technology vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Demand, Supply, Inventory & Supply Chain Performance - Primary Accountability

· Own and maintain the consolidated demand and supply plan in Tightly by country, channel and product, incorporating sales history, seasonality, promotions and Sales input.

· Use Tightly to monitor forecast accuracy, demand changes, inventory requirements and replenishment needs in partnership with Sales and Finance.

· Maintain accurate planning inputs in Tightly, including inventory, open purchase orders, lead times, safety stock and service-level requirements.

· Manage overall inventory performance, including inventory levels, coverage, aging, excess/obsolete inventory, turns and positioning across locations.

· Identify and communicate stockout risks, excess inventory, supply constraints and other material supply chain risks, with recommended actions.





· Lead demand and supply reviews using Tightly as the primary planning system and source of truth, ensuring planning assumptions and decisions are accurately reflected in the system.

· Analyze supply chain performance, costs, risks and service levels and provide transparent recommendations and reporting to leadership.

1. Logistics, Vendor & Compliance Oversight

· Own North American freight and transportation strategy, service expectations, budgets and major cost or service improvement initiatives. · Manage strategic relationships, negotiations and performance with freight forwarders, customs brokers, ocean carriers, courier providers and other logistics partners.

· Maintain oversight of import/export, customs and trade compliance and develop contingency plans for transportation and supply chain disruptions.

1. Warehouse Leadership & Distribution

· Lead the Markham and Plano warehouse operations through the respective Warehouse Managers, establishing clear service, productivity, cost and inventory-control expectations. · Review warehouse capacity, labour requirements, inventory and order accuracy, operating performance, budgets and material facility requirements against business needs and forecasted volumes.

· Partner with Warehouse Managers to address significant operational issues, improve inventory accuracy, investigate material discrepancies and minimize inventory losses and adjustments.

· Maintain strategic oversight of warehouse operations, while daily staffing, picking, packing, shipping and receiving remain accountable to the respective Warehouse Manager.

· Ensure safety, security and sustainability standards are maintained across supply chain operations.

1. Systems, Process Improvement & Leadership

· Leverage ERP, warehouse and transportation systems to improve supply chain visibility, data quality, automation and decision-making. · Lead cross-functional supply chain process and system improvements,



partnering with Finance on inventory, working capital and budgeting initiatives.

· Act as the primary supply chain business partner to Sales, Finance and leadership, clearly communicating product availability, trade-offs, risks and required decisions.

· Provide supply chain input into promotions, channel/customer opportunities and other significant business decisions.

· Set clear priorities, accountability and performance expectations; coach and develop team members and delegate work to the appropriate level.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

· Proven people leadership, communication, organization and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Strong demand and supply planning, inventory management and replenishment capability.

· Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate forecasts into inventory and supply decisions.

· Strong understanding of logistics, freight, warehousing, distribution and vendor management.

· Accountable, results-oriented and adaptable to changing business needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· University degree or equivalent post-secondary education.

· Minimum five years of progressive supply chain experience, including demand/supply planning and inventory management.

· Experience managing logistics, warehousing or distribution functions and a proven track record of people management.

· Experience with supply chain planning software strongly preferred; Tightly experience is an asset.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
