What You’ll Do as a Team Leader

As a Team Leader – Morning Shift, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our morning team. Your leadership will set the tone for the day, helping to create a productive and positive workplace. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

- Supervising and motivating team members to meet daily goals and maintain high standards.

- Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with company policies.

- Supporting the team in providing excellent customer service.

- Communicating effectively with team members and management to address challenges and share updates.

- Assisting with inventory management, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For





We’re seeking a motivated individual with the following qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- A reliable mode of transportation (car required) to ensure punctuality and dependability.
