Location :: Toronto/ Ottawa (Hybrid Role)

Required an experienced Technical Writer with expertise in Banking and Lending platforms to create, maintain, and govern high-quality documentation for the DEAL platform, LoanIQ, and associated banking systems

Requirements:

- 9+ Years of Experience
- Experience in Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, or Lending Operations.
- Hands-on experience of Finastra LoanIQ
- Create, maintain, and enhance comprehensive documentation for DEAL and LoanIQ processes .
- Solid understanding of Commercial Lending/Corporate Banking
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience creating training material and onboarding curricula.
- Familiarity with Jira and SDLC processes.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
