About the Role

Purple Cow Internet is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to support and supervise our Territory Sales Representatives in Truro and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on sales and supervisory position focused on supporting the sales team, growing customer acquisition, and promoting Purple Cow Internet's products and services.

Key Duties

- Supervise and support Territory Sales Representatives in the Truro area.
- Coordinate daily sales activities and assigned territories.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new sales representatives.
- Explain and support the sale of internet and telecommunications products and services.
- Communicate sales targets, promotions, and product information to the team.
- Assist representatives with customer questions and sales-related issues.
- Track sales activity and provide updates to management.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and customer acquisition within the territory.
- Ensure sales activities follow company policies and procedures.




- Participate in field sales activities and customer outreach as required.

Qualifications
- Post secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years previous experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, internet services, or a related industry.
- 2+ years previous experience supervising, leading, or coaching sales staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Ability to work toward sales targets and performance objectives.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
