This individual is responsible for carrying out assigned tasks/responsibilities efficiently and effectively. They will meet quality standards and production targets set by the organization. They will follow established procedures, guidelines, and best practices. It is key that they maintain open and constructive communication with colleagues, and supervisors. Finally, they will show punctuality and reliability in fulfilling work obligations.Duties and Responsibilities:Smooth and adjust surface irregularities, spread asphalt to proper grade and finishes before compactionResponsible for finished product while enforcing proper safety and traffic precautionsPrepare road surfaces for hot asphalt materialDistribute and rake asphalt material used in construction,
